Baby Slings & Carriers Shipping Options, Rates & Policies
Ordering a baby carrier or baby sling from us? We will package and send your order out within 2 business days. If we anticipate any delays, we will contact you by email or phone. If you require any special shipping arrangements or if we don't have enough items in stock, just contact us and we will try to accommodate you. We ship to most of Asia, major US and European cities. Please refer to Delivery outside Singapore below to check for countries we currently ship to.
Shipping costs for orders from Baby Slings and Carriers depend on the method and option you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any items can be found on its details page of each product.
The time required for your package to reach you will depend on your location and the mode of shipment selected. An estimated delivery time is provided below for your reference.
Delivery within Singapore
We offer Local registered mail or courier for deliveries within Singapore.
This is the most effective & economical way to send your order. Delivery is made using either SingPost Registered mail or Ninja Van Standard delivery. It costs only S$3 to S$10 to send a package to any Singapore address depending on the size of your order. Delivery is usually done within 3 to 5 working days. Tracking is possible with a tracking number on the SingPost website for Singpost Registered mail or at Ninjavan.sg if parcel is delivered using Ninja Van.
This is the fastest way to get your package. It costs S$6.50 to $12.00 most locations within Singapore depending on size of your order. Deliveries will be made within 1-3 days using either TaQBin or Ninja Van Express services. Tracking the progress of your parcel is available to you online at TaQBin Homepage or at Ninjavan.sg.
We offer free basic courier for total purchases above S$60 & free Express Courier for total purchases above S$120 to all locations in Singapore.
If your order qualifies for free basic courier but you would like to expedite your order, you just need to topup S$2 to upgrade your shipping to Express Courier.
Delivery outside Singapore
We offer these options for deliveries outside of Singapore:-
- International Air Mail with Tracking
- FedEx Express (International Economy)
- DHL Express
You may like to select the option that best reflects your needs. Shipping rates can be selected by comparing the options available in the check-out page. Shipping Rates will be automatically calculated for you based on the items and shipping methods you have selected.
For deliveries by International Air Mail with Tracking, the delivery time is between 5 to 12 working days. For deliveries by FedEx & DHL Express, the delivery time is between 1 to 4 working days.
Take note that delay in custom clearance is possible and local import duties & charges may apply for your shipment depending on where you reside. We strongly suggest that you check with the policies of your country to avoid unexpected charges.
For all orders above S$120 to Malaysia or Brunei, we provide Free Delivery using International Air Mail with Tracking (You just need to select International Air Mail shipping option upon check out).

* Shipping to certain countries for some products are restricted by product distribution agreements. Details of specific restrictions are specified on the product pages. If your country is not listed here, you can send us a note here and we will see what we can do for you.
Order Cancellation Policy
For any online order that are entered and paid for but not mailed out yet, cancellation will come with an admin charge of $10. If an order has already been processed and mailed out, cancellation will not be possible.
For hygiene reasons, all goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only products found to have manufacturing defects are eligible for exchanges.
Whether the reported issues is a manufacturing defect or not is to be determined at our sole discretion.
For any exchanges, the product must be returned to us within 3 days in original condition, unwashed and all tags attached. We suggest that you check all items right away after you receive it to avoid any contentions. Any faults reported after this will be subjected to individual suppliers' warranty programs, and the service time varies between suppliers. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if applicable.
