Baby Slings & Carriers Shipping Options, Rates & Policies

Ordering a baby carrier or baby sling from us? We will package and send your order out within 2 business days. If we anticipate any delays, we will contact you by email or phone. If you require any special shipping arrangements or if we don't have enough items in stock, just contact us and we will try to accommodate you. We ship to most of Asia, major US and European cities. Please refer to Delivery outside Singapore below to check for countries we currently ship to.

Shipping costs for orders from Baby Slings and Carriers depend on the method and option you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any items can be found on its details page of each product.

The time required for your package to reach you will depend on your location and the mode of shipment selected. An estimated delivery time  is provided below for your reference.

Delivery within Singapore 

Currently we offer Singpost Regular Mail, Registered Mail and Hand Delivery for deliveries within Singapore.

Singpost Regular Mail
For this option, customers will bear all normal postage risks & loss of items during transit. Our responsibility ends once items are sent out. Most deliveries should reach within 2 business days.

Singpost Registered Mail
This option allows tracking of your items and reduces risk of loss. Additional $2.24 on top of Singpost Regular Mail postage rate. Most deliveries should reach within 3 business days.
 

Hand Delivery
Flat S$10 to all locations within Singapore. Deliveries will be arranged with you within the week. Please ensure your contact details are correct.

Self Collection of Merchandise from our Thomson Plaza Boutique Shop
No charges. You can come by to collect your order the next day. You will need to bring along a printed copy of the receipt as proof of purchase. For urgent cases (i.e., same day collection), please contact us for arrangements. Click here to see details of shop location, contact number & opening hours.

We offer free Hand Delivery for total purchases above S$120 to all locations in Singapore. 

Delivery outside Singapore       
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogramme. Currently we offer Speedpost Air Parcel and UPS Worldwide Express Saver options for deliveries outside Singapore. You may like to select that option that best reflects your needs. Shipping rates can be selected by comparing the options available in the check-out page. The rates will be automatically calculated for you based on the items you have selected.

For deliveries by Speedpost, the delivery time is between 6 to 17 days. For deliveries by UPS, the delivery time is between 2 to 5 days.

For all orders above S$120 to Malaysia, we provide free delivery using Speedpost Air Parcel or equivalent (You need to just select Speedpost shipping option upon check out).

Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, all goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable. We will accept exchange of a product only in the event that the product sold is found to be defective. For any exchange, the product must be returned to us within 3 days in good original condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if applicable.
