<<< Back to Patapum Carrier Instructions Main Page
The Patapum Baby Carrier can be used for either the front or back carrying positions. The front carry is easier to master especially if this is your first time using the Patapum baby carrier. The front carry position is also advisable for smaller babies and babies that are still not accustomed to being carried in a baby carrier. When they can see your face at all times when you are carrying them, it gives them extra comfort and sense of security.
Just follow these instructions to master the front carry position using the Patapum Baby Carrier:

Step 6. Once baby is in, check yourself in the mirror if you are still new to the Patapum baby carrier. The baby’s buttocks should be sitting comfortably into the body panel and the body panel should be hugging the baby’s buttocks and thighs snugly, so that it looks like baby is in a sitting position. There should not be any folded material under your baby’s buttocks.
