The Guatemalan cotton used in the Ellaroo Eco Baby Ring Slings are 100% handwoven & coloured with non-toxic dyes, making it one of the most durable fabrics that can be seen in cotton slings. Weaving by hand allows the fabric to breathe better, more durable & softer with age. Coupled with the beautiful fringe edging and brilliant colours of blue, purple, gray and plum, this baby ring sling can make a wonderful piece of art in the family’s babywearing journey.

Ellaroo has combined the same great fabrics with high-quality aluminium rings to come up with the Ellaroo Handwoven ring slings. With just a touch of cotton padding in the shoulder and rails, it provides great comfort for babies who prefer to have a little more padding around the knees when in an upright position.

Ellaroo Handwoven Ring Slings are slightly narrower than the normal cotton ring slings commonly found, so that there is never too much excess fabric where a baby can become overwhelmed or gets “lost” inside. The extra strong aluminium ring slings used are lead and nickel-free, so that it is safe even if babies decide to chew on them.

The shoulder construct of the Ellaroo Handwoven Ring Slings comes additionally with a pocket of light cotton padding as well for the wearer’s extended carrying comfort.

Recommended baby size & weight limits	Newborn to 15kg (Carrying for long periods beyond 30mins are not recommended for baby weighing more than 12kgs)

Maintenance & care	Machine washable. Cold water with just a little detergent in a laundry bag. Line dry. As they are individually dyed and handwoven, some colours may bleed with first few washes. Rinsing under cold water or soaking in half-part vinegar, half-part water will help set the colours, so they will not bleed with subsequent washes.
